Bethany Manning

Bethany ManningBethany began dancing at the age of 5 and joined the Northland family in 7th grade where she remained through her high school graduation. As a Northland dancer, she was a member of both the Junior Company and the Senior Company – always with a place in tap small groups.

Upon graduation from high school, Bethany attended The College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN, where she was a member of the Dance Team. During her four years on the team, she was a choreographer for each year and teams captain her junior and senior year. Bethany led the team to second place at regionals. This being the highest place in the team’s competitive history.

As a student, Bethany has taken class with tap notables Savion Glover, Gil Stroming, and Nick Bowman, to name a few. As a teacher, Bethany taught for Stacey’s Studio of Dance Education instructing both recreational and competitive classes.

Bethany’s passion is tap dancing! And she is excited to share her love and knowledge on staff back home at Northland.
