Alyssa Ulrick

Alyssa Ulrick, Northland School of Dance
Raised in Minnesota, Alyssa started dancing at the age of two and has been dancing for a total of nineteen years now. She started training competitively with Northland School of Dance at the age of eight and continued through graduation. She trained in various of styles of dance such as jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, pointe, ballroom, lyrical/contemporary and musical theater. While training at Northland, Alyssa was invited to dance at the Dizzy Feet Foundation in LA, and was granted an $8000 college scholarship through Bright Light Shining Stars, hosted by Joe Lanteri. After graduating, Alyssa studied at Pace University in New York City while also continuing her dance training at both Steps on Broadway and Broadway Dance Center. Alyssa is now back in Minnesota attending the University of Minnesota majoring in strategic communications while continuing to pursue her dream of dance.
