Welcome to Northland School of Dance. By using our website, registering for classes, participating in programs, or communicating with Northland School of Dance, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Class Registration and Enrollment
Enrollment in classes, camps, workshops, events, or programs may be subject to availability, age requirements, skill level, payment, and approval by Northland School of Dance.
Submitting a registration form does not guarantee placement in a class until registration is confirmed and any required payment or account setup has been completed.
Northland School of Dance reserves the right to adjust class placement when necessary to ensure the best experience for the student and the class as a whole.
3. Payments, Tuition, and Fees
By registering for classes or programs, you agree to pay all applicable tuition, registration fees, costume fees, recital fees, camp fees, workshop fees, or other charges associated with the selected program.
Payment schedules, billing methods, late fees, refund policies, withdrawal deadlines, and other financial terms may vary by program and will be communicated during registration or through studio policies.
Failure to keep an account current may result in suspension from class participation, performances, or future enrollment until the account is brought up to date.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, credits, or make-up classes are not guaranteed and may be subject to Northland School of Dance policies. Certain fees, including registration fees, costume fees, recital fees, or special event fees, may be non-refundable.
Northland School of Dance may cancel, reschedule, combine, or modify classes or programs due to enrollment levels, instructor availability, weather, facility issues, holidays, or other circumstances.
If a class or program is changed or canceled by Northland School of Dance, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected families.
5. Student Conduct and Studio Expectations
Students and families are expected to treat instructors, staff, classmates, and other families with respect. Disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from class, suspension, or dismissal from the studio.
Students are expected to follow studio rules, dress code requirements, attendance expectations, and instructor guidance.
Northland School of Dance reserves the right to refuse service, terminate enrollment, or remove a student or family from participation if conduct is harmful to the learning environment or inconsistent with studio policies.
6. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk
Dance and physical activity involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, muscle strain, sprains, injuries, or other physical harm.
By participating in classes, camps, workshops, performances, or other activities, students and parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks. Parents/guardians are responsible for determining whether a student is physically able to participate.
Students should not attend class if they are sick, injured, contagious, or otherwise unable to safely participate.
Northland School of Dance may take reasonable safety precautions, but we cannot guarantee that injuries or illnesses will not occur.
7. Medical Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, Northland School of Dance staff may seek medical assistance for a student if a parent or guardian cannot be reached in a timely manner. Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping emergency contact information current.
Parents/guardians are responsible for any medical expenses that may result from emergency care or treatment.
8. Photo and Video Use
Northland School of Dance may take photos or videos during classes, events, camps, rehearsals, performances, or studio activities for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
These images or videos may be used on the website, social media, printed materials, advertising, or other studio communications unless a parent/guardian has submitted a written request not to use their child’s image.
Northland School of Dance will make reasonable efforts to honor written opt-out requests.
9. SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, you agree to receive customer care SMS messages from Northland School of Dance as described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
